Elevated Tactics is a digital marketing and AI automation agency in India. Zuplyo AI is our WhatsApp and website lead automation product. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. When a business uses Zuplyo AI to communicate with you, we process information on its behalf; that business is also responsible for explaining its own privacy practices.

WhatsApp messages are processed through the official WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta Cloud API. We only message users who have contacted us or opted in, and obtain any additional consent required for follow-ups or promotional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us using the details below.

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors interact with our pages. Cookies and similar technologies may collect device, browser, and usage information. Include the phone number or email address associated with your interactions and enough detail to locate your information. Do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information. We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain any verification needed, delays, or information that must be retained for legal reasons.

Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
